The Foundation


Black Bloggers United, Inc. was created February 20th, 2014 with the intentions of highlighting Black content creators worldwide via social media. Fast forward to 2015, we established a website to act as a hub for our content creators, had our first event in South Florida and expanded to a worldwide community of over 800+ strong. To date we are the only network that continues to highlight Black content creators, promotes their work and connects them locally with our Regional Directors.

Victoria Mason is the founder and President of Black Bloggers United, Inc.. She is a online microinfluencer who is also the Editor-in-Chief of her blog, She's Candid. Since she began blogging in 2014 she has landed national campaigns with companies like Crest, U by Kotex, SC Johnson & more. Outside of blogging, Victoria is an Assistant Communications Manager at a boutique PR firm, a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and a self proclaimed part time foodie. 
Her goal with Black Bloggers United is to bring together Black content creators across the globe and work with companies to bridge the gap between brands and the bloggers they want to work with.

Social Media Intern

We are seeking a social media intern for the Fall semester. Intern will be responsible for day to day planning and execution of social media postings. 


  • MUST reside in Broward/Palm Beach area (please do NOT apply if you do not)
  • Must have previous knowledge of social media management outside of personal accounts, i.e. blog accounts, business accounts, etc.
  • Must LOVE social media
  • Knowledge of social media schedulers (Hootsuite, Viraltag) is a plus
