Hey, Millennials! We are the next generation making it happen!
And what do we want? We all want to be successful.
Success is this tangible, intangible thing we all want to achieve at some point in our lives. No matter what success means to you, as millennials we are pretty ambitious and driven people.
We become successful through social media and blogging or real estate and entrepreneurship, no matter how we get there, we find a way to make it happen.
I’m a black man. (Big surprise, right?)
I’m a black man in America. (Once again, you should be shocked.)
I’m a black man in America who has to go to work daily with white people who benefit from the system that oppresses me and I must smile while many of them fail to see their privilege because it just is and it just always has been and, therefore, it is taken for granted. (That is the part that may be surprising to some of you.)

You are probably wondering what a Bloggers Lounge is! I was right there with you. I had no idea, I didn’t know what to expect. I pictured people with their laptops blogging. But to my surprise, it was a party, a networking event that was building community. It not only benefited the bloggers but the brand as well.
